Analytics and Tracking

You can analyze your company expenses incurred using these services, with a breakdown by spending, services, and activities.

Buying and Expensed Activity

After clicking Admin Access, click the Analytics tab. The Analytics page appears, showing options in the left column for the following:

Buying Activity

  • Click Spending Tracker to show statistics about your company's spending by service.
  • Click Transactions to show spending by transactions. You can then narrow your search by choosing a service (such as Flights, Hotel, Car Rental, , and so on) in the Show Transactions For drop-down menu. You can further narrow the search by choosing a month in the Month drop-down menu.
    Tip: You can also export transactions to a comma-separated values (CSV) file by clicking the Export link.

Expensed Activity

Click one of the following:

  • By Expense Type to see a chart of expenses by expense type. Click Line for a line chart, Pie for a pie chart, or Bar for a bar chart. Select a date range, and an expense type (or All Expense Types). Use the Export link to export the information to a CSV file. This CSV file contains expense line item detail, not just the summary data in the chart.
  • By GL Accounts to show the GL Accounts that have been expensed. Click Line for a line chart, Pie for a pie chart, or Bar for a bar char, and select a date range. Use the Export link to export the information to a CSV file. 
  • By Department to to show the Departments that transactions have been expensed to. Click Line for a line chart, Pie for a pie chart, or Bar for a bar char, and select a date range. Use the Export link to export the information to a comma-seperated values (CSV) file that most spreadsheet and database programs can use. 

Service Analysis and Activity

To analyze your expenses with services, click Admin Access, and then click the Dashboard tab. Scroll down to the User Adoption section. You can review user login trends and the user adoption funnel. This includes on-boarded users, activated users, users who have logged in at least once, and users logged in within the last 90 days.
