Reserving or Adding Car Service

To reserve car service by itself, independent of a trip you booked, hover your pointer over the Travel tab and select Car Service from the drop-down menu. The Car Service page appears. 

To add car service to an existing travel booking, follow these steps:

  1. On the Home page, click the Activity tab in the Upcoming section, locate the trip, and click the trip title to expand the trip information.  
  2. Hover your pointer over a trip element, and a circled arrow appears on the right side. Click the arrow to see the trip element's details. The Trip Details page appears.
  3. Click the Search Car Service link at the top of the page. The Car Service page appears. 

On the Car Service page, follow these steps:

  1. Click the radio button for United States (the default setting) or United Kingdom.
  2. Click the From (Pick-up location) dropdown menu and choose a location or enter a new location. The locations may include recent locations you've booked for, or company locations, as well as the airport. To add a new location, click the Enter a new location link. Enter the new location information and click Add location.
  3. Click the To (Drop-off location) dropdown menu and choose a location or enter a new location. You may see options for the hotel you've booked, or the airport you arrived from. To add a new location, click the Enter a new location link. Enter the new location information and click Add location.
  4. To add a stop, click the "Stop at another address along the way" checkbox.  The "Stop 1" field appears, and you can choose additional stop information from the dropdown menu. You can add up to four stops in addition to the final destination.
  5. Choose the Pick-up date by clicking the calendar icon, and choose the Pick-up time and the number of Passengers from the dropdown menus.
  6. Click Continue. The Select a Car page appears with providers sorted by preference. You can sort the search results by clicking RateProvider, and Capacity.
  7. Narrow your search by clicking the checkboxes for vehicle types in the Vehicle type box in the left column. Click the Update button to update the search results. You can also change your search by clicking the Change search link.
  8. Click Select to reserve a car service. The Reserve page appears with sections for the Reservation Summary, Payment and Contact Information, and Ride Details.
  9. Enter a Reservation name and check the Reservation Summary and Ride Details for accuracy.
  10. To make sure your payment card is valid, review your payment card information in the Payment section. Your payment cards should already be available as choices in drop-down menus if you entered the cards in your profile (see Personal and Business Information).
  11. Click the Reserve Now button to place the reservation. The Confirmation page appears.
  12. You can invite guests to share the ride by selecting the checkbox. Enter the email addresses and click the Invite guests button.
  13. Click Done to complete the reservation.
