Applying Unused Tickets
Traveler will see all of their unused tickets after clicking on "Unused Tickets" on the Home screen.
When booking online, the traveler will see a little ticket symbol on the Airline filter at the top of the screen.
If the unused ticket can be applied towards their new ticket, they will also see the same little ticket symbol next to the price of the ticket on the search results page.
As you can see below with the Southwest flight.
The unused ticket will follow them through the booking process.
The traveler will see the unused ticket apply to their total airline price, and then can proceed to book as usual.
